Blue Pacific Announces Partnerships

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.—Blue Pacific Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (www.bluepacificflavors.com) announced two new partnerships. The first is a technical and sales partnership with G.C. Hahn and Co. to develop a variety of dairy, soy and other food and beverage concepts, all of which will feature Blue Pacific’s flavors and G.C. Hahn’s stabilizer system. In line with this launch, the companies highlighted two product concepts at the IFT Food Expo. Lumiere was a dairy-based aerated dessert mousse, while a Mangosteen Smoothie featured Blue Pacific’s StabilEase Natural Flavor Enhancer, natural and artificial mangosteen flavor, and a G.C. Hahn stabilizer system.

In the second agreement, Blue Pacific and MicroFluidics entered into an exclusive partnership to create new food ingredients and food solutions using “Taste Nanology,” which combines the science of taste receptor technology with nano processengineered food ingredients.
