SALEM, Mass.Bematek Systems Inc. introduced a high-speed in-line mixer that processes all products directly through a patented mixing head and can be configured to meet precise user requirements. The Bematek In-Line Wet Mixer features a modular shear-action mixing head which forces all products through several stages of high-speed rotors and stators to achieve a consistent and totally repeatable finished product. Easily configured to match precise user viscosity requirements, this modular all-stainless steel mixer eliminates any possibility of product bypass.

Assuring total particle size reduction and homogenization, the Bematek In-Line Wet Mixer can handle viscosities from 100 CPS on up with flow rates from 0.5 to 300 GPM; requiring dispersion down to one micron, with ±1 percent repeatability, depending upon the ingredients and application. The mixers Modular Engineered Design incorporates from one to 12 shear-action zones.
