Any shipments not accompanied by the appropriate certificate and certification statements will be refused entry into the United States. The certificate must provide such information as the location of the facilityin which the material was processed and a statement certifying the material came from animals that were not in potentialBSE countries. The list of BSE countries, last updated July 16, can be found at www.pahis.usda.gov/NCIE/country.html.
