LONDON--The British Retail Consortium(BRC)(www.brc.org.uk) and the Food and Drink Federation(FDF)(www.fdf.org.uk) for seed producers, crop growers, food manufacturers and retailers released the BRC/FDF Technical Standard for the Supply of Identity Preserved Non-Genetically Modified Food Ingredients and Product. The standard, published by The Stationery Office (www.theso.co.uk) in September, provides a comprehensive guide for those wishing to source non-GM soy and corn products.
