PHILADELPHIAPhiladelphia Section IFT announced it will hold its Suppliers Expo and Seminar Series on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 3:00 6:30 p.m. at The Merion, Route 130 South, Cinnaminson, New Jersey. An After Show Reception will be held from 6:30-8:00 p.m. The seminars include an Update on Food Safety Modernization Act" and Nanotechnology Applications to Food and Beverage". The Expo, Technical Seminars and Reception are free to attend. The show has been expanded to accommodate over 120 exhibitors and 500+ attendees are expected.
