WASHINGTONThe U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) MyPlate made new additions to its "10 Tips Nutrition Education Series," including new tips for staying physically active and tips specific for college students.
MyPlate now features new lists that include 10 tips on how to have a physically active lifestyle and 10 tips for becoming more active as a family. Also listed, are 10 tips for college students, addressing how to stay fit on campus, how to keep your dorm mini-fridge healthy and how to eat healthy in dining halls.
