The Global Innovation Center brings together leading industry scientists and experts to support Layn’s ongoing commitment to the discovery of new innovations in sweetener and flavor systems, technologies and formulations. The Center conducts ongoing research and provides formulation and lab support to food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturers around the world.
Layn’s new production facility nearly quadruples its current production capacity, further improves product quality, and decreases production costs. The facility is located in Guangxi, China – the agricultural center of monk fruit and sweet blackberry leaf crops. Layn is uniquely positioned as a global leader in the high-intensity sweetener market, and the new facility enables it to better manage the supply chain, and meet increased demand for quality ingredients.
