MONTREALLallemand Health Solutions has formulated a new line of yeast-based Lalmin® formulas to address the growing health markets of sports nutrition, detox, vitality, women and senior health. The new formulas are comprised of inactivated whole cell yeast, which contain vitamins and minerals, such as selenium, zinc, iodine, chromium, manganese, magnesium and vitamins B and D.

The new Lalmin line includes four new formulations targeted at specific populations. Lalmin® Vitality targets sports nutrition using B-complex vitamins and yeast nucleotides; Lalmin® Detox contains natural antioxidants and Glucans-30; Lalmin® Senior combines vitamins D and B-complex vitamins; and Lalmin® Women is formulated with vitamins D and B and chromium.
