BEER SHEVA, Israel

LycoRedreorganized the company and its subsidiariesBiodar, Nutriblend, NutriblendInternational Sarl and Buckton Scott Nutritioninto a single unit withdifferent regional offices. LycoRed Corp. in Fairfield, N.J., is the NorthAmerican operation, and Leo Cullen was appointed president of that group. David Roberton will serve as president of LycoRed Limited, theEuropean operation, based in the United Kingdom, with Peter Gallagher on boardas managing director. LycoRed Sarl in Switzerland will serve as the Europeanlycopene technical support center, headed by Joost Overeem. And LycoRed Ltd. inIsrael will be the corporate headquarters.
