NuSoy™ is a complete line of biologically active soy isoflavone concentrates made in the United States by Cyvex Nutrition. NuSoy is a natural 2 to 3% isoflavone concentrate designed for use in dietary supplements, beverages, nutritional bars, baked goods and functional foods. This full spectrum soy concentrate provides between 20 and 25 times the level of isoflavones found in soy flour, concentrate or isolate, the company said. It added that no solvents or chemicals are used in the manufacturing process. Cyvex offers a line of soy products, including soy germ concentrate, water soluble soy powder concentrate and soy sprout powder concentrate.

Cyvex also expanded its BioVin^® line of grape extracts to include five grades. BioVin is a full spectrum whole grape extract that includes phytochemicals from the entire grape, including seeds and skin, to include proanthocyanidins, resveratrol and ellagic acid.
