ST. FRANCIS, Wisc.Wixon will showcase its latest "healthier, tastier, just better," innovative concepts for snacks at Engredea taking place March 7-9 in Anaheim, CA.

Visitors to Wixons booth No. 168 can sample the newest on-trend food items featuring specialty ingredients, like gluten free, organic, natural, wheat free, kosher, and allergen free. Wixons proprietary flavor modifiers enhance healthy foods by reducing sugar, reducing sodium, masking off-notes, and improving mouthfeel.

The food concepts include: all-natural gluten-free inside out éclair with a reduced sugar custard sauce, all-natural gluten-free cheddar cracker with a reduced sugar blackberry chipotle sauce, and non-gmo popcorn with a reduced sodium seasoning bar.
