GIBSONS, British Columbia--Nammex received Kosher certificationfor its mushroom mycelia products. The certification was granted by KosherOrthodox Rabbinical Council of British Columbia (BC Kosher) after a review ofthe ingredients and production equipment used to create the mushroom extracts.
