Mark has 34 years of experience in the flavor & fragrance industry and demonstrated success in creating shareholder value via strategic development, building bridges to cross functional teams, and executing business plans to ensure success in placing the customer first. Mark currently heads the U.S. Division of Sales for T. Hasegawa USA where he and his team provide world-class custom flavor solutions to food and beverage brands across the globe. 

Prior to T. Hasegawa, Mark was the Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Flavor Infusion and led the expansion of the company’s move into becoming a valuable middle market player in the beverage flavorings market in the USA & Central America. Flavor Infusion was acquired by Symrise in 2015.

Previously, Mark held a long succession of leadership roles within International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., from multinational customer portfolio management to Managing Director/General Management with roles in the USA, Western Europe, Asia Pacific, and Central & Eastern Europe in both Flavors and Fragrances. 

Mark started his flavor career at International Flavors & Fragrances, a NYSE company as a Sales Service Coordinator before moving into international positions. He earned his BA in International Business & Marketing from Regis University and holds an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ.
