Educating those interested in food technology – podcast

A Tel-Hai College researcher and lecturer discusses alternative dairy trends, apple powder as a waste reducer and food technology education.

Researcher and lecturer at Tel-Hai College in northern Israel, Offir Benjamin, Ph.D., is dedicated to the food technology space and to his students’ success.
