PURCHASE, N.Y.—Maypro signed a strategic sales partnership agreement for the distribution of Wilke Resources portfolio.
“We are excited to further expand our organization," said Steve Yamada, chairman and CEO of Maypro Group. “Wilke has a long-standing industry history, and we are happy to continue supporting their suppliers and customers."
As a part of the transaction, Maypro will become the exclusive agent for several leading ingredients previously represented by Wilke.
“Expanding our branded ingredient portfolio enables us to bring more innovation to both Maypro’s existing customers and Wilke’s long-standing industry partners," said Dan Lifton, president of Maypro’s Patented and Branded Ingredients division.
Last year, Maypro launched three ingredients at SupplySide West.
