ConAgra Foods Acquires Frontera Foods

<p style="text-align: left;" dir="ltr">ConAgra Foods Inc., has acquired the packaged foods businesses of Frontera Foods Inc., and Red Fork LLC, including the Frontera, Red Fork and Salpica brands, which make authentic, gourmet Mexican food and contemporary American cooking sauces. The acquisition provides ConAgra with a stronger platform to grow its ethnic foods category.</p>
