Vermont Pure Holdings Signs Distribution Deal withRoyal Crown Bottling

RANDOLPH, Vt.--Vermont Pure Holdings Ltd.(www.vermontpure.com) entered into a distribution agreement with Royal Crown Bottling Co. of Chicago to distribute the company's Vermont Pure Springs brand of bottled spring water. The agreement covers the metropolitan areas of Chicago, Richmond and Norfolk, Va., and Columbus, Ga. "We are excited about the opportunity to expand the Vermont Pure trademark into the Midwest and Southeastern parts of the United States," said Timothy Fallon, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Vermont Pure Holdings Ltd. Royal Crown Bottling Co. of Chicago is the largest independent Royal Crown Bottlerin the United States.
