Treatt Unveils New Specialty Aqueous Distillates

LAKELAND, Fla.Treatt USA Inc. announced plans to unveil a newselection of natural vegetable distillates at the IFT Annual Meeting & FoodExpo, which will take place in Chicago July 12 to 16. Roasted pepper, watercressand celery are the latest additions to the Treattarome range of FTNF (fromthe named food) specialty aqueous distillates. Treattarome products impart ahigh impact flavor without increasing acidity levels and are suitable for use invegetable blends, beverages, soups, sauces and dressings.

Treatt will also introduce Treattazine, a natural specialty flavor with acharacteristic green bell pepper taste.
