TMR, MRI Legal Battle Continues

SALT LAKE CITYIn mid-November, Judge Tena Campbell, U.S. District Court for the State of Utah, denied motions for summary judgment, declaratory judgment and dismissal of a portion of the suit in ongoing litigation between Mineral Resources International Inc. (MRI) and Trace Minerals Research LC (TMR). The suit concerns ownership of international rights to certain trademarks, including ConcenTrace®, after the companies acrimoniously stopped doing business in 2006. Both companies released statements that they were pleased with the courts decision and are looking forward to presenting their cases in front of a jury.
