Premier Valley Foods Buys Made In Nature

SEBASTOPOL, Calif.--On May 26, Sonoma West Holdings Inc. sold Made In Nature Co. to Premier Valley Foods Inc. Premier Valley, which has an exclusive license to produce and distribute dried fruits and nuts with Del Monte, paid $1.1 million for Made In Nature, a maker of organic dried fruit and fruit beverages. Premier Valley plans to increase Made In Nature's distribution, although the company is still working on what to do with Made In Nature's beverage and juice lines.
