PROVO, Utah--Nature's Sunshine Products filed suit in U.S. District Court to enjoin Nature's Treasure Products in Coral Gables, Fla., from marketing products under a similar logo design. According to Nature's Sunshine, Nature's Treasure has adopted a logo that mirrors its own, which shows a pastoral scene and the banner "Quality, Service, Integrity."A story in The Salt Lake Tribune noted that Nature's Sunshine is demanding injunctions and restraining orders prohibiting further use of the Nature's Treasure logo, alleging unfair competition and false representation, in addition to trademark infringement.
