Mannatech Makes Three Appointments

COPPELL, Texas--Mannatech Inc.(www.mannatech.com) recently appointed William Clark, Ph.D., as the company's vice president of product development. Previously, Clark worked at PharmaPrint Inc. as director of research and development and did post-doctorate work at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he focused on anti-cancer compounds from marine sources.Bettina S. Simon was named senior vice president and general counsel for the company. She holds a bachelor's and J.D. from Southern Methodist University. Previously she served as general counsel for the Zale Corp.Mannatech also announced the appointment of J. Stanley Frederick as a member of the board of directors. Frederick was the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Colony House Inc. and CEO of SMC Industries.
