Linnea SAsigned a worldwide license agreement with Hormos Medical Corp. making Linnea theexclusive worldwide supplier of Hormos ingredient HMRlignan. The productis a plant lignan isolated and purified from Norway spruce (Piceaabies); it is highly purified to elevate theenterolactone content. Turku, Finland-based Hormos obtained new dietary ingredient (NDI) clearancefrom the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May 2004.

Hormos developed an excellent product in HMRlignan, said MichaelGranville, president of Linnea (www.linnea-worldwide.com). We believe it willgive our customers a significant advantage in price, dosage and bioavailabilitycompared to other sources of lignans.
