Fi Europe Expands ReachFi Europe Expands Reach

LONDONFood Ingredients (Fi) Europe, held here Oct. 30 to Nov. 1, 2007, attracted more than 18,500 industry members from 145 countries, according to show organizer CMP Information; more than 1,100 exhibitors were on hand for the Fi event. Fi Europe proved to be a great success for ABF Ingredients, said Tracy Scribbins, group marketing manager. We saw a 10 percent increase in the number of leads we received from the last Fi show. CMP also launched Natural Ingredients (Ni), an independent event that attracted 110 exhibitors from 25 countries focused on options from cosmetics to medicinal products. It also debuted WhatsNewInIngredients.com, an online resource for the international ingredients industry.
