ENRECO Under New Ownership, Rated Excellent by AIB

ENRECO (EssentialNutrient Research Corp.) is now owned by Sean Moriarty and received an Excellentrating from AIB (the American Institute of Baking) for overall food safety andhygiene practices.

The AIB inspection included audits of ENRECOs food safety and HACCPprograms, management systems, pest control programs, operational methods,personnel practices, building and equipment maintenance and cleaning practices.The AIB rating applies to all of ENRECOs product lines including stabilized,fortified, ground golden and brown flax; stabilized bean flour; ground grainsorghum flour; and low carb bread flour.
