Robinson Pharma Inc. (RPI), a softgel manufacturer with additional experience with tablets, hard shell capsules and packaging, has acquired the assets of Creation's Garden Natural Products Inc.

Creation's Gardens assets were auctioned off earlier this month and items included more than $8 million dollars of finished goods; component and raw inventory, filling, mixing, packaging and support equipment; and  intellectual property and brand names. This acquisition will allow RPI's clients to take advantage of an increase in production capabilities and products.

RPI, based in Southern California, is independently cGMP (good manufacturing practices) certified and a full service provider of private label, store brand and contract manufacturing services for dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products.
