SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif.NHK Labs. Inc. was recertified under Natural Products Associations (NPA) GMP (good manufacturing practices) third-party certification program.  The audit entailed a multi-day physical inspection of the companys facilities, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee training and quality control (QA) systems.

The NPA GMP certification program includes the finalized provisions of FDAs dietary supplement good manufacturing process as codified in 21 C.F.R. § 110 and 111.  According to Nadia Karim, project manager of the company, NHK Laboratories Inc. is resolute in observing and maintaining strict adherence to compliances in order to remain quality conscious."

Last year, NHK Laboratories donated 3,000 bottles of chewable multivitamins to malnourished children through its partner Vitamin Angels as part of an ongoing effort to promote heath and wellbeing among populations without access to nutritional supplements.
