News Desk: Feds Indict USPlabs

As part of its newly announced joint sweep of illegal dietary supplement activities involving several federal agencies, the Justice Department has indicted USPlabs for a variety of fraudulent actions.

The federal government has taken a big step toward cleaning up the supplement industry with a variety of enforcement actions by the Department of Justice, FDA, FTC, the US Postal Inspection Service and the Department of Defense. While the announcement outlined civil and criminal cases against several companies for illegal activities, the biggest reveal was a federal indictment of USPlabs, maker of Jack3d and OxyElite Pro.
