OSHAWA, Ontario--Sentex Systems Ltd. acquired Natunola HealthInc. on July 2; the transaction was announced in April and received formalapproval from both company's shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange.Construction is now underway on a flax-dehulling plant at Natunola's existingoil gel processing facilities in Winchester, Ontario, to produce a range ofproducts including kernels, hulls, omega-3 fatty acids and fibers.
