PARAMUS, N.J.Oceans Omega LLC announced the signing of an exclusive contract to supply Cott Beverages Inc. with Ocean Omega's emulsions. Oceans Omega is now the exclusive omega-3 emulsions supplier to Cott Beverages in the United States, in accordance with the terms of the supply agreement. Cott Beverages intends to use the emulsions to fortify private label and control brand beverage products with omega-3 eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Oceans Omega has developed proprietary stabilization technologies for incorporating omega-3 EPA and DHA into beverages.  Emulsion stabilization is just one of the ways omega-3s can be formulated into products.
