OSLO, Norwy—FMC and its health and nutrition division expanded its global range of marine omega-3 concentrates with four new ingredients under its Epax® brand. FMC will showcase its Epax omega-3 EPA/DHA Core and Ultra ranges in booth 27131 at SupplySide West in Las Vegas.

FMC’s new ingredients include:

· Epax 4030 TGN – Higher EPA/DHA concentration, 90-percent triglycerides and new antioxidant for superior stability

· Epax 1050 TGN Non-Tuna – High concentrate with new non-tuna raw material and higher DHA content

· Epax 6015 TGN – High concentrate with 90-percent triglycerides

· Epax 4020 EE – High concentrate with new antioxidant for superior stability

FMC’s manufacturing facilities for Epax omega-3 are GMP certified and FDA approved for the production of APIs; they operate under a HACCP system; and they are ISO 14001 certified. FMC’s Epax is a Friend of the Sea (FOS) approved brand recognized for responsible and sustainable sourcing, and IFFO RS certified for responsible supply of fish oil, complying to the chain of custody standards.

As part of its SupplySide West booth, FMC Health and Nutrition will also exhibit and showcase its highly heat-stable SeaGel™ vegetarian softgel technology based on seaweed, its natural colors portfolio and its portfolio of bioactive ingredients for the supplement and nutraceutical industries.
