OmniActive has responded to a press release issued by Kemin Industries about a legal action filed with the International Trade Commission (ITC), noting that Kemin's suit is in response to OmniActive's own declaratory judgement suit filed against Kemin in August 2016. The legal actions relate to certain patents and claims around blue light and macular carotenoids.
