Natural Inc. Awarded Patent

VERNON HILLS, Ill.--Natural Inc. received a composition patent for its conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). The patent, #6,015,833, will be enforceable for 20 years from the filing date.

Under the patent, Natural is allowed to make claims for its Tonalin product that it is research-based. The composition patent also states that anyone using the composition described in the patent claim [in any form] is required to license the rights from Natural Inc. or purchase the claimed composition from the company.
