Natural Inc. Awarded Patent

VERNON HILLS, Ill.--Natural Inc. received a composition patent for its conjugatedlinoleic acid (CLA). The patent, #6,015,833, will be enforceable for 20 years from thefiling date.

Under the patent, Natural is allowed to make claims for its Tonalin product that it isresearch-based. The composition patent also states that anyone using the compositiondescribed in the patent claim [in any form] is required to license the rights from NaturalInc. or purchase the claimed composition from the company.
