NEW YORK--Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals Inc. (APPI) announcedit settled its trademark dispute with Warner Lambert for the trademark Sinusol.APPI's SinusolTM is asinus/allergy formulation containing aromatic oils to relieve symptoms such ascongestion, sneezing and sore throat. According to APPI (www.appi.cc),Warner Lambert agreed to ownership by APPI of the name Sinusol to be used in theallergy/sinus areas. The company is therefore looking for joint ventures tomarket the Sinusol product internationally.
