AMBI Receives  Calcium Patent

PURCHASE, N.Y.--AMBI Inc. received a Notice of Allowance for an application filed withthe U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The notice was for its new use of calcium taurate tomaintain the blood pressure of those on antihypertensive medications.

AMBI's patent covers calcium taurate when it is orally administered withantihypertension drugs. The company has additional patents pending for other uses ofcalcium taurate.
