AMBI Receives Calcium Patent
PURCHASE, N.Y.--AMBI Inc. received a Notice of Allowance for an application filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The notice was for its new use of calcium taurate to maintain the blood pressure of those on antihypertensive medications.
AMBI's patent covers calcium taurate when it is orally administered with antihypertension drugs. The company has additional patents pending for other uses of calcium taurate.
