WASHINGTONBarrel O Fun Snack Foods Co., based in Perham, Minn., is recalling Valu Time Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips because they contain undeclared milk protein, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Jan. 19.

The recall involves 5-ounce packages of Valu Time Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips with the UPC Code 11225-03388 and best by" dates before May 5, 2011. The affected products were sold to distribution centers in Kansas, Nebraska and Virginia that service retail stores nationwide.
