KitoZyme, a provider of animal-free chitosan, collaborated with the Boston-based company Incredible Foods to create a nufruit™, a low-calorie, fresh and natural real fruit bite without any of the big eight most common food allergens. Its size and shape make it fun to eat for everyone. Each nufruit™ serving has the vitamin C of an orange and the fiber of an apple, no artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives. Each nufruit™ snack tray has only 45 calories or less.
