MUSCATINE, Iowa—Grain Processing Corporation (GPC) will offer samples of its TruBran fiber fortification product and beverage stick-pack at SupplySide West in October.
TruBran corn bran is an insoluble fiber with total dietary fiber levels abovet 85 percent. GPC’s beverage stick-pack demonstrates the clean flavor profile and excellent dispersion properties of Maltrin QD (quickly dispersing) maltodextrin.
A good binder is needed to manufacture granulations, whether using high-shear, top-spray or rotor granulations. Spress Pregelatinized Corn Starch NF and Maltrin Malodextrins are versatile binders that can be easily incorporated into any formula using any granulation method.
