FRESNO, Calif.--The California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF)announced organic raw fresh colostrum is being shipped from the CCOF-certifiedOrganic Pastures Dairy near Fresno, Calif., to Hong Kong because a researcher atthe University of California, Davis, found the food material contains antibodiesthat may fight the bovine coronovirus. Organic Pastures Dairy is the only dairyin North America with the special permits required to collect and bottle raworganic colostrum, according to CCOF (www.ccof.org),and the association noted the food supplement contains bovine coronovirusantibodies and other coronovirus antibodies.
