SAN FRANCISCOHealth Elements LLC acquired WellnessFX Inc., a consumer-based health software company. Under the deal, the two companies will join under the WellnessFX brand. The merged brand will provide personalized health services and products, including tools for blood testing.

By bringing these resources together, WellnessFX will make FDA-approved diagnostic, genetic and treatment information more accessible and usable than ever before to improve the health of thousands of people each year."

Through the acquisition, consumers will be able access diagnostic tools and nutrition tracking tools through 13,000 health practitioners affiliated with Thorne Research, the company's largest shareholder.
