The labeling of GMOs (genetically modified organisms) in foods has become a major issue in food politics over the past couple of years, as proponents of the mandatory labeling of such ingredients have worked the issue in the courtrooms and legislative offices on both state and federal levels. With so much happening in different places, many food and supplement companies are confused about what it all means for their business and customers.
