FRESNO, Calif.—San Joaquin Valley Concentrates will show its newest natural color, Crystal Purple Sweet Potato, at SupplySide West in October.
The natural color can be used in drinks, fruit preparations, yogurts and confections, and it can replace carmine and artificial colors in acidic formulations. The crystal colors provide high color stability, a shelf life of five years and easy handling.
San Joaquin Valley Concentrates products are non-GMO, organic, kosher and Halal. All the colors are red anthocyanin-based and derived from fruits and vegetables.
