Image Gallery: Almonds Driving Innovation in Food, Beverage Launches

<p>The Almond Board of California&rsquo;s 3rd Annual Food Trends Tour, held Feb. 25-27 in Oakland, California, showcased some of the most creative and innovative ways local chefs and food and beverage product developers are using California almonds in recipes or products. During the tour, Food Product Design had the chance to meet with six CPG companies using the versatile almond as an ingredient in new food and beverage products destined for the retail aisle.</p>
