Get Educated on the Asian Health and Nutrition Market at Vitafoods Asia

Next up on Informa Exhibition’s series of events for the global health and nutrition industry is Vitafoods Asia, the only event dedicated to the nutraceutical, functional food and beverages, and dietary supplement industries in Asia. Held on Sept. 1 and 2, 2016, AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong, it’s amazing how much content in packed into two days.

The 2016 Conference was co-developed with Food Industry Asia (FIA), the International Society of Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods (ISNFF) and Frost & Sullivan, so attendees are sure to get quality information they can use to reach Asian markets.

The conference focuses on five health categories (weight management, heart health, healthy ageing, maternal and infant health, and digestive health) and three core areas for business growth (bringing products to the Asian market, product safety and quality control, and understanding and targeting the Asian consumer).

Within the Vitafoods Asia expo, Global Market Theatre and the Vitafoods Asia Centre Stage offer content for all attendees. On the Global Market Theatre, health and nutrition categories are explored with two dedicated presentations each—a market overview and regulatory overview.  New for 2016, the free-to-attend Vitafoods Asia Centre Stage hosts industry experts covering topics such as sports nutrition, bone and joint health, formulating for the consumer, and best practices in marketing and branding.

On the Vitafoods Asia Centre Stage, LaunchPad is an interactive platform that brings together selected exhibitors who will each present bite-sized overviews of their latest product launches through 10-minute summary briefs. And Exhibitor Presentations feature a collection of industry companies, who will present their latest results from recent clinical trials and research projects.

The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3s (GOED) is also hitting the Centre Stage with a series of industry case studies and insight into the latest omega-3 product developments. They will also have the opportunity to speak directly to a range of exhibitors within the Omega-3 Resource Centre.
