O.Berk Purchases Great Age Container
NEW HAVEN, Conn.--O.Berk Co. (www.oberk.com) purchased the assets of Great Age Container in Bronx, N.Y. Great Age is a wholesaler/distributor of bottles, jars and closures, servicing the New York and New Jersey area. According to MarcGaelen, president of O.Berk, the acquisition will double the size of O.Berk and give access to many new markets.In addition, O.Berk of New England has moved to a larger facility at 220 Frontage Rd., West Haven, CT 06516, (203) 932-8000, FAX (203) 934-7172. The O.Berk family of companies includes O.Berk Co., Kols Containers, Cosmetic Packaging Group, O. Berk Co. of New England, New England Glove Co. and O.Berk International.
