Integrity and Cornerstone Merge

SPRING HILL, Tenn.—Integrity Nutraceuticals and Cornerstone Research & Development merged with investment from H.I.G. Growth Partners. The merger includes an expansive capital investment program and will expand production capabilities to more than 600,000 square feet of manufacturing space, creating a “one-stop shop" in the nutrition industry.

“This is a bellwether event in the evolution of the nutrition industry," said board member Greg Horn. “Compliance and enforcement have raised the bar for manufacturers, and this merger creates a formidable player with a critical mass of scale and capabilities in an otherwise fragmented segment of the market." 

Cornerstone has been developing, producing and packaging a wide range of capsule, tablet and powder products for with vitamins, minerals and supplements for an international market with more than 22 years of experience.

“Cornerstone’s impeccable reputation for pharmaceutical-grade quality, strong innovation and manufacturing expertise make it a perfect complement to our business," said Peter Miller, CEO of the newly-combined company. “Additionally, having access to their extensive production capabilities across a variety of product formats and being able to offer our customers a bi-coastal manufacturing and distribution footprint is a significant competitive advantage."

Integrity is a raw material supplier of bulk nutraceuticals with ingredients from India and China. Integrity is known for its in-house development laboratory testing and expertise in sports nutrition.
