Inappropriate Exhibitor Removed from SupplySide Trade Show

SECAUCUS, N.J.Virgo Publishing LLC, the owners and producers of the SupplySide East trade show and conference, today removed an exhibitor, fishoilsafety.com, to ensure the integrity and business focus of the private event.

SupplySide, a 12-year old event, is intended for the display of quality ingredients, manufacturing services and other goods and services used in the food, beverage, dietary supplement and cosmetic industries. The removed exhibitor appeared to be  attempting to use the private event to promote its legal action in California against a small number of companies, including other exhibitors.

We removed this group from our private event because it is not appropriate to use this business-to-business forum for this purpose, said Jenny Bolton, president and CEO of Virgo Publishing . As a privately owned and operated event, we have the authority to determine if a display or exhibitor is inappropriate.
