LAVAL, Quebec & EAST YORKSHIRE, England—Neptune Technologies & Bioressources and Croda Health Care entered into a strategic commercialization alliance for North America and Europe; the companies will jointly launch the Essentially™ brand of specialty formulas, each with different combinations of the companies’ ingredients. Croda offers the Incromega™ range of omega-3 marine oil concentrations, while Neptune Technologies is a provider of marine phospholipids. The formulas include Essentially Heart™, Essentially Agile™, Essentially Happy™, Essentially Woman™ and Essentially Mind™.
