This new plant demonstrates the commitment of Bio Springer to the North American markets, in a day and age when most of our competitors are manufacturing in China. We move closer to our customers with the aim to forge sustainable ties with them and take parts in new projects. We clearly intend to leverage this new high performance plant to take Bio Springer to greater heights," says David Jousselme, CEO of the North American operation.
Bio Springer specializes in the production, sales and distribution of a complete range of whole dried yeasts, partially autolyzed yeasts, yeast extracts, high umami yeast extracts and savory flavors. Bio Springer has a full range of bakers, brewers and torula yeasts, process flavors for poultry, red meats and cheese notes, and certified organic yeast extract. Their products are natural, non-GMO, and animal free.
