Aenova Group Acquires Contract Packaging Resources

MIAMI—Aenova Group expanded its global packaging services with its acquisition of Contract Packaging Resources Inc. (CPR). The Greensboro, North Carolina-based firm operates with approximately 100 employees and GMP (good manufacturing practice)-compliant facilities totaling 80,000 square feet.

Brad Carlson, vice president of sales and marketing, Aenova, said the acquisition will help Aenova provide competitive turn-key solutions globally. Aenova offers contract manufacturing for finished dosages of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, and the company expects the CPR deal will help Aenova expand into the North American market.

With 20 years in the business, CPR has supplied packaging services for prescription, over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and dietary supplement industries such as bottles, blisters, labeling, cartoning and stretch carding.
